My background is in systems, strategy, and communication—that's what I bring to every role I take on. I like to understand how things work, why they break down, and how to explain it all in plain English. That mindset helps me lead with clarity and logic, not noise.

  • Engineering instinct: I’m wired to ask why—and to keep asking until the answers hold up. That applies to decisions, budgets, and the way we approach change.
  • Project clarity: I care about the truth behind delays and overages. I believe transparency isn't optional—it’s responsible.
  • Communication style: I don’t do vague updates or political speak. I write and share the way I’d want someone to explain it to me.
  • Technical experience: My background in IT and infrastructure makes me especially aware of how messy decisions ripple outward. It shapes how I assess risk, cost, and outcomes.
